What does it mean when a name turns blue?
This means that the location has just received a "control" code. In other words the dispatcher just sent a command out to the field for the switch to switch directions or the signal to turn green. You'll really only see this on CSX locations because we monitor the control sending frequency on CSX. On NS we just monitor the Indication frequency.
