I will be out and about today and early tomorrow on the NS New Castle looking for updates for the ATCS layout. Plan is to start at Blufton and work south to Richmond.
I will be seeing if any of the dark sections have been turned on by the NS. An Antenna was spotted at Blufton so there is hope.

NS has turned on quite a bit. Not only Bluffton, but all of Millville and the HOS at Richmond.
Bluffton has an extremely high mast AND high gain antenna and is on Channel 6. Never seen an MCP installation like it, even CP-Alex is not as high as this is. I found Bluffton is a pain to monitor.
This leaves only 4 MCPs not online. both ends Montpelier IN, Bailey and Walnut Level.
