Brimfield Indiana NS Chicago Line

Post by Notch 8 » Mon Mar 11, 2019 6:08 am

The former Crop Production Services facility in Brimfield was purchased late last year and the brush and trees that had overtaken the land on the southside of the tracks have been cleared all the way to the new overpass, The crossing at Brimfield is Co. Rd 150 E. and Co. Rd, 700 N. runs parallel to the track creating a great opportunity for photography with much road traffic.
Brown & Sons located in Kendallville purchased the property and will be unloading DEF from rail tank cars and using the bulk tank that had been previously for Nitrogen.

Did they by chance leave the old bridge up as a "viewing platform." I know the answer, but a guy can wish.
