The Three Rivers Railroad Heritage Council will hold its sixth annual railroad celebration on Saturday and Sunday, February 13 & 14, 2016, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the restored Pennsylvania Railroad Baker Street station, 221 West Baker Street, Fort Wayne.
This year we will look at railroading in the Greater Tri-State Area in the Mid-Twentieth Century, 1940-1970.
We will have three model railroads, railroad memorabilia, photographs, several dioramas, and railroad art, including paintings by local artists. Steve Bryan's latest project, a partially assembled 1/8 scale live-steam Heisler, will be on display to show how to build one. A railroad clock collector and a watch smith who specializes in railroad watches will be available to answer your questions and help you with repairs.
$5 per adult; under 12 free. Parking is free. Please post here or email me if you have any questions.
Feel free to post any upcoming events for your local group/association here.
