Probably not, but one less mime in the world is a win-win for everyone...... On a more serious note, this was a horrible tragic accident, and from all information I have read is just one of those "Act of God" accidents that could not be anticipated or prevented. My condolences go out to the victim's family as well as his fellow railroaders. That could not have been a pleasant thing to find for the crew.

Poor man, doing his job, doing nothing wrong. Railroading is still a hazardous business. He was only 39.
