I've been told that the remaining Triple Crown is actually doing quite well, that would be the Detroit-St Louis terminals. Is there a possibility of Triple Crown keeping this part of the business in operation ?

I thought the ATL market was doing OK as 251/264 were at the 150 max most days up until the announced cut-back. Then the number of trailers fell. I just don't see how one market DTW-STL can be all they need. Businesses need to show growth year over year to keep wall street happy. Once they max out at 150 trailers per train, they plateau. The costs of a 2nd section won't get covered until "X" number of trailers are hauled. It's tough to build up the business when you have a limited market. When they had a full network, you could justify the 2nd section as making the connection more profitable (lose a little here, gain more there)
