Former GR&I caboose and the engine on the Kendallville Terminal on the GR&I?
JW answered it correctly shortly after I posted, The Caboose is still onsite of the former Sargent Sand Pit in Ludington. The Locomotive was purchased new in 1952 and was delivered in the same paint scheme that it still wears today, I believe the caboose is a C&O caboose. If you noticed on the side of the locomotive the word Ludington is peeking through the paint that was used to cover this over...JW wrote:They both belonged to the Ludington Northern.
The old eyes are getting bad but doesn't the caboose have LUN 5 on it?
