No, it's the big brick building at the east end of the fuel pad. If you look for them, you can see where the doors were on the east and west sides where the tracks went in. I think the building to the north is office space.

That's the yard office where the East Wayne yardmaster is, as well as a trainmaster or two, and the terminal superintendent. It's also the reporting location for crews in Fort Wayne going on and off duty.
